Core & Main, St. Louis, MO, has acquired St. Louis Fabrication & Supply, a distributor and fabricator of fire protection products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This is the second acquisition by Core & Main since becoming an independent company last August, and it extends the firm’s custom fabrication capabilities. Rick Jamison, former president of St. Louis Fabrication & Supply, will lead the business development efforts for Core & Main’s fire protection business in the St. Louis area and adjacent markets, the company said.
