White Cap Construction Supply, a business of Home Depot Supply, has signed an agreement to acquire Texas Contractors Supply. Texas Contractors Supply is a distributor of forming, concrete accessories, tilt-wall and power tools.
Established in 1933, the company has longstanding relationships with Texas contractors and the Department of Transportation. The company operates five distribution centers in Austin, Fort Worth, Irving (Dallas), Allen (North Dallas) and San Antonio, TX.
The acquisition comes on the heels of White Cap’s purchase of Western Fasteners last month.
White Cap Construction Supply is a distributor of specialty hardware, tools and materials targeting large- and medium-sized construction contractors. With the addition of Texas Contractors Supply, White Cap now operates 146 branches in 26 states and stocks more than 65,000 products, including brand name construction materials, hand tools, fasteners, safety equipment, power tools and equipment, work wear, concrete forms and supplies, and landscape lighting.
