Roofing and other building materials distributor ABC Supply Co. (Beloit, WI) announced a pair of acquisitions — one in Texas and one in British Columbia.
The company has added United Roofing Supply in Katy, TX, which marks its second location in that city, and the 51st in Texas.
Established in 2020, United is a provider of residential roofing products and related accessories to area contractors.
To the north, ABC acquired All Canadian Building Products in Surrey, British Columbia. It marks ABC’s eighth location in the province and the second in Surrey.
Established in 2004, ACBP specializes in the distribution of residential and commercial roofing products and accessories to area contractors.
ABC Supply was No. 2 on MDM’s 2023 Top Building Materials/Construction Distributors List.
