DGI Supply, a DoALL Company, Wheeling, IL, No. 27 on MDM’s list of top industrial distributors, has agreed to acquire all assets of K & H Sales, Inc. in Northern California. The deal is expected to be finalized by July 1.

Gary Walker, current president of K&H Sales, will continue to manage the company after the acquisition.

K & H Sales has three locations in the San Francisco Bay area: San Leandro, Watsonville and El Dorado Hills. DGI Supply intends to broaden the inventory in each of the K & H locations.
