Italy-based Aignep s.p.a. says it has acquired Alpha Technologies LLC, a subsidiary that has already distributed Aignep products in the North American market.
“The acquisition aims to strengthen our presence in one of the most important markets for the industrial automation sector,” Aignep announced. “Furthermore, the acquisition will make it possible to provide our customers with increasingly complete, innovative and professional solutions.”
The company’s American headquarters are in Fairview, Tennessee.
Aignep also announced David Grabacki as the new CEO of Aignep USA.
