Fluid solutions distributor TIPCO Technologies partnered with Alliance Hose & Rubber Co.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Elmhurst, IL-based Alliance Hose & Rubber is a supplier of industrial, hydraulic and pneumatic hose fittings as well as providing custom fabrication services to customers.
According to an Oct. 2 news release, this partnership signifies TIPCO’s entry into the Midwest, allowing the company to serve a larger customer base and explore new growth opportunities. TIPCO said that the partnership will enhance its capabilities and broaden its reach, further strengthening its position in the marketplace.
TIPCO will extend its footprint to 35 locations across 17 states, significantly increasing its presence in Illinois.
TIPCO’s most recent previous acquisitions were of Hoses2U (Denver, CO), completed Sept. 9 and Charter Industrial Supply (San Diego, CA), completed Sept. 4.
