The Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA), which represents the industrial power transmission/motion control distribution channel, welcomed one distributor and three manufacturers to its membership.

The new members include:

• Top Industrial Service & Supply, a MRO supply distributor of power transmission products including conveyor belts, motors, ball and roller bearings, gearboxes/ gearmotors, v-belts and AC/ DC motors and controls.
• Pfannenberg USA, a global manufacturer of thermal management, liquid cooling and signaling technologies.
• Groeneveld-BEKA Lubrications System by Timken, a producer of automatic lubrication systems, fluid management and safety support systems.
• Hutchinson Belt Drive Systems, a provider of rubber and thermoplastic elastomer products. They design and produce customized materials and connected solutions for the automotive, household appliance and industrial markets.

Headquartered in Chicago, PTDA represents power transmission/motion control distribution firms that generate more than $19 billion in sales and span more than 2,500 locations. PTDA members also include manufacturers that supply the PT/MC industry.

During PTDA’s Industry Summit in October, the Director of Analytics and Consulting for advisory firm Bundy Group presented on building a effective talent strategy.
