HVACR, plumbing and industrial PVF distributor Winsupply acquired Epic Supply, LLC.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 2007 by Jay and Shelly Hall, and Ross and Vicki Ryon, Epic Supply distributes commercial plumbing supplies to customers throughout Texas.
The founders will continue working with the company in various capacities.

Epic Supply was built on honesty and integrity,” Winsupply Director of Business Development Steve Coen said in an Oct. 2 news release. “Their strong leadership team, deep customer relationships and solid vendor alignment can make them an excellent fit for the Winsupply family of companies.”
Jay Hall and Ross Ryon will continue as presidents of Epic Supply in Haltom City and Dallas, respectively. Shelly Hall and Vicki Ryon will remain in financial positions.
Winsupply’s most recent previous acquisitions were of Forge PolyFab (Texas), completed on June 27 and General Metals Manufacturing & Supply (Arizona), completed on June 10.
Winsupply was No. 2 on MDM’s Top Distributor’s List for Plumbing, No. 3 for HVACR, No. 6 for Industrial PVF and No. 5 for Industrial Supplies.
