Independent business advisory firm The Beringer Group on Jan. 6 announced that its client Delwood Supply Inc. finalized the sale of the company to Progressive Plumbing Supply Company, Inc.
Delwood Supply Inc. serves contractors and homeowners in the Detroit, Michigan, market and has has multiple locations in the Detroit metro area.
The Beringer Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to Delwood Supply Inc. during the negotiations and transaction, according to the announcement.
