Northwest Pipe Co. (Nasdaq:NWPX), Vancouver, WA, reported sales for the second quarter of $28.7 million, a decrease of 31.8 percent over the previous year. The company reported a loss of $2.1 million, compared with a loss of $6.2 million in 2016.

Water Transmission sales decreased 27.9 percent to $28.7 million in the second quarter of 2017 from $39.8 million in the second quarter of 2016.
