Newton Square, PA-based packaging distributor SupplyOne acquires Bay Minette, AL-based Gulf Packaging.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Established in 1990, Gulf Packaging is a supplier of corrugated boxes and displays. The company serves customers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana from facilities located in Bay Minette and Tallassee, AL.
