Janitorial supplies, foodservice packaging and printing papers distributor Imperial Dade has acquired Pro-Tech Sanitation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Pro-Tech Sanitation, headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, provides customers with a variety of cleaning equipment and janitorial supplies. Pro-Tech operates across Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
“The Pro-Tech family is excited to join a platform that is aligned with us in our approach to customer service. Imperial Dade’s breath of products and services make them the perfect partner,” said Chris Haderman, Founder and CEO of Pro-Tech Sanitation Ltd in a July 1 press release.
The acquisition of Pro-Tech by Imperial Dade marks the 89th acquisition under the management of Robert and Jason Tillis, Chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively. Imperial Dade is No. 1 on MDM’s JanSan, Packaging & Disposables Top Distributors List.
