Imperial Dade — a New Jersey-based distributor of foodservice, packaging supplies, industrial products and janitorial supplies — has increased its Florida presence with the acquisition of City Maintenance Supply. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Owned by Chuck Neeld, City Maintenance Supply is a distributor of janitorial and industrial products in South Florida with locations in Pompano Beach and Ft. Meyers.
This marks the 90th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis. The company’s two most recent acquisitions were New Brunswick-based Pro-Tech Sanitation earlier in July and Western New York-based Regional Distributors Inc. in early June.
“The City family is excited to join a platform that is aligned with us in our approach to customer service. Imperial Dade’s breadth of products and services make them the perfect partner,” City Maintenance Supply President and Owner Chuck Neeld said in a July 24 news release.
Imperial Dade — No. 2 on MDM’s JanSan, Packaging & Disposables Top Distributors List — serves over 120,000 customers across North America.
