Foodservice, packaging supplies, industrial products and janitorial supplies distribution Imperial Dade acquired San-A-Care, Inc.
This is Imperial Dade’s 19th acquisition in 2024. Terms were not disclosed.
Waukesha, WI-based San-A-Care is a distributor of janitorial supplies, chemicals and cleaning equipment. Founded in 1964 by Ron & Matt Mirenda, the company serves customers in Waukesha and the greater Milwaukee area.
We are pleased to announce our partnership with Ron and Matt, along with the exceptional team at San-A-Care,” Imperial Dade CEO Jason Tillis said in a Nov. 19 news release. “We look forward to contributing to the Company’s ongoing profitable growth in Milwaukee and across the United States.”
The transaction marks Imperial Dade’s 95th acquisition under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis. The company’s previous two most recent acquisitions were of Rochester, NY-based Economy Products & Solutions Inc. and San Jose, CA-based California Janitorial Supply.
Imperial Dade was No. 2 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for JanSan, Packaging & Disposables.
