Imperial Dade — a distributor of foodservice packaging supplies, industrial and JanSan products — continues its serial acquisition expansion, with the latest addition in the form of Springfield, MA-based Allston Supply.
With roots dating back to 1945, Allston is a janitorial solutions supplier and service provider in the greater New England region. Owned and operated by Roger Cohen and his family, the company operates from a single location.
For Imperial Dade (Jersey City, NJ), the deal represents the 79th acquisition under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, the company’s Chairman and CEO, respectively.

“Imperial Dade is the market leader with a strong culture and differentiated service quality,” Cohen added. Allston is excited for the opportunity to expand our business and better serve our customers as part of the Imperial Dade platform.”
