In its fifth acquisition of the year, Imperial Dade has added paper and JanSan distributor Brawner Paper Company.
By leveraging Imperial Dade’s platform, Brawner’s customers in the greater Houston area can expect customized service coupled with a greater offering of products and solutions, company officials said in a March 1 news release.
“Brawner is a great strategic fit with Imperial Dade,” said Chairman Robert Tillis. “Their relentless focus on customer service aligns well with Imperial Dade.”
Brawner was founded in 1946. In 1976, the leadership transitioned to Leonard Beasley who managed the company until his passing in 2016. It is currently owned and operated by Nell Harris.
This deal marks the 81st acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert Tillis and CEO Jason Tillis. There were 18 acquisitions in 2023.
Imperial Dade — listed on MDM’s 2023 Top JanSan Distributors List — is a distributor of foodservice packaging supplies, industrial products and janitorial supplies.
