Bedford, Massachusetts-based HVAC and plumbing supply company F.W. Webb Company relocated its wholesale store in Presque Isle, ME, 12 miles away to a newly-built 43,000-square-foot facility.
The new location is four times larger than the previous building in Caribou, and over 1,000 additional items will be available in the facility. The added capacity will provide a “comprehensive selection” of water works and industrial components, F.W. Webb officials said in a Feb. 19 news release.
“Because of the larger site, we can stock a more extensive inventory to support all 16 of our disciplines. We have also updated our fleet to include a flatbed truck that will allow us to handle more complex deliveries such as HDPE pipe, culverts, hydrants, tanks and other supplies so our customers can get what they need when they need it,” General Manager Justin Gelinas said.
The facility will host residential and commercial contractors and other professionals at its live-fire training center, which will accommodate up to 20 people for hydronics and HVAC demonstrations, certifications, and other hands-on educational programs
F.W. Webb took three spots on MDM’s 2023 Top Distributor List: No. 6 on the Top HVACR Distributors list, No. 6 on the Top Plumbing Distributors list and No. 21 on the Top Industrial Distributors list.
