Bedford, Massachusetts-based HVAC and plumbing supply company F.W. Webb Company relocated and expanded its Boston wholesale store and Frank Webb Home showroom.
The 84,000-square-foot building, located off Route 93 at 101 Hampden Street, will be a 24,000-square-foot expansion and feature a larger product assortment. The new wholesale location will have over 1,100 more items in stock including hard-to-find plumbing, heating, HVAC, refrigeration, PVF and industrial supplies.
F.W. Webb also added a dedicated will-call service, and will have a truck-mounted forklift available to transport large fixtures and pipe to job sites with same-day delivery.
“For our customers in the commercial and residential building trades and industrial and institutional facility management, our new facility allows us to provide a more efficient full-service experience as we strive to support them before, during, and after every job,” said General Manager Tom Pagliarulo in a Jan. 22 news release.
The facility will also have a classroom-style training center with accommodation for 30 to 40 customers for a variety of continuing education sessions.
At the Frank Webb Home showroom, working displays will offer a hands-on experience. There will be a fully functional anti-gravity tub, bathroom faucet display, and open-concept wet room with ceiling-mounted shower heads and undermount tub.
F.W. Webb took three spots on MDM’s 2023 Top Distributor List: No. 6 on the Top HVACR Distributors list, No. 6 on the Top Plumbing Distributors list and No. 21 on the Top Industrial Distributors list.
