Louisville, Kentucky-based hydraulics, pneumatics, automation and hosing distributor Air Hydro Power announced Dec. 4 that it has acquired the stock of Lebanon Power and Apparatus, which is based in Lebanon and Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Terms were not disclosed for the deal, which closed Dec. 1.
Founded in 1963, Lebanon Power and Apparatus has a 48,000-square-foot facility in Lebanon and a 12,500-square-foot facility in Bowling Green — both which perform remanufacturing and complete repairs for AC motors up to 5,000 HP/7,200V and DC motors up to 2500HP/750VDC. Those facilities also offer a range of field services.

Besides the facilities, tha acquisition adds 44 new employees to AHP. Tim Clark will remain General Manager of the Lebanon Power Division of AHP.
Louisville, Kentucky-based AHP serves Kentucky, southern Indiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida panhandle, West Virginia and southeastern Ohio with a range of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical automation and hose and fittings products and services. AHP has 24 locations and over 300 employees.
The ESOP company was acquired by Houchens Industries at the end of 2022.
