OEM foodservice, HVAC and residential appliance parts distributor Parts Town Unlimited — the parent company of Encompass Supply Chain Solutions — announced the expansion of its Home division team with the appointments of Mark Bickenbach to Group President and Chris Dennison as Chief Operations Officer.
Bickenbach joins the Home division after serving in leadership roles with “industry-leading” eCommerce and retail companies. Parts Town Unlimited said his experience in the residential industry will help to drive growth in its Home division. In his new role, Bickenbach will align the division with the company’s broader expansion efforts.
Dennison has experience in supply chain, distribution, fulfillment and inventory management. He will oversee distribution center operations, optimize the supply chain, lead automation efforts and support the division’s operational growth. Additionally, Dennison will focus on implementing advanced technologies.
“Their extensive experience and passion for innovation will drive our growth in the Home space,” Parts Town Unlimited CEO Steve Snower said in a Dec. 20 news release. “With their leadership, plus our existing, accomplished team, we are confident that we will meet our ambitious growth goals and enhance our value proposition in the marketplace. In doing so, we will be able to bring exceptional products and services to customers in a faster, smarter way.”
On Dec. 12, Parts Town Unlimited announced it opened a global fulfillment center in Litchfield Park, AZ.
Additionally, the company announced the appointment of Chris Dacey to Chief Strategy and Operations Officer on Nov. 15. Prior to this, Parts Town Unlimited appointed Jamie Head as its Chief Information Officer and Lisa Backlin as Group VP of Supply Chain on Sept. 6.
