Optimas OE Solutions Appoints CEO

Anesa Chaibi to lead fasteners distributor.

Optimas OE Solutions LLC, Glenview, IL, has appointed Anesa Chaibi as CEO. The company is the former fasteners division of Anixter International Inc., which sold it to American Industrial Partners last year for $380 million.

Chaibi, who is former president and CEO of Facilities Maintenance at HD Supply Holdings Inc., replaces Ian Clarke.
