LINC Systems — portfolio company of Center Rock Capital Partners — acquired CORUS Fastening.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Springfield, NJ-based CORUS is a distributor of industrial fastening solutions and pneumatic tools. The company provides fastening solutions to industries, including pallet, general industrial and construction across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic U.S.
“CORUS is not only known for its robust product portfolio, but also for its award-winning onsite repair and service provided by an experienced team of trained technicians,” Center Rock Director Matt Conway said in a Nov. 14 news release. “We are excited to begin working with the CORUS team to enhance our overall product offering and improve operational efficiencies at both businesses.”
Westfield, IN-based LINC Systems is a fastening, packaging solutions and industrial supplies distributor. Established in 1995 and with roots dating back to the mid 1970s, the company has more than 200 employees with an average of 14 years of experience in the industry.
