Fasteners and other hardware distributor Hillman Solutions is reportedly seeking to build a new facility near its corporate headquarters north of Cincinnati, OH.
The new $95 million facility would be adjacent to Hillman’s current HQ that’s on the site of the former Forest Fair Mall in Fairfield, OH, which closed in 2021.
According to a local news report on Nov. 15, the company presented Butler County Land Bank with the proposal on Nov. 14.
The headquarters would cover approximately 55 acres of the mall site, with the remaining 21 acres designated for “mixed-use development.” While a formal agreement is still pending, the new headquarters could be operational by 2027 if approved.
Hillman Solutions — No.5 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for Fasteners and No. 22 for Industrial Supplies — reported a 2023 total revenue of $1.5 billion.
