Wisconsin-based fastener distributor Endries International Inc. announced Nov. 1 its acquisition of Alliance Nut & Bolt, LLC.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Endries ranked as the No. 9 Fastener Distributor and No. 35 Industrial Distributor in Modern Distribution Management’s 2022 Top Distributor list.
Founded in 1978, Alliance operates facilities in Salina, Kansas, and Okarche, Oklahoma. Alliance president Kevin Oshman will remain with the company during a transition period, according to a news release.
“In Alliance we are welcoming a team that took the lead from their founders regarding the high level of customer service they expect to deliver,” Endries President Steve Endries said. “In addition, Endries is excited to expand our footprint in the heartland of the United States and have the opportunity to meet the needs of the customers in the region.”
It’s the third acquisition of the year for Endries International, which acquired Old Dominion Fasteners in April and Store Room Fasteners in June. The company also announced yesterday that Steve Endries will step down as president later this year.
