Industrial distributor Bolts & Nuts Corp., Chattanooga, TN, has acquired Industrial Fastening of Macon, Macon, GA. Terms were not disclosed.

"We are excited to broaden our reach for our customers in Georgia, supporting economic development, job creation and contribution to the Macon and Georgia community that is core to the Bolts & Nuts values,” said Mike Strunk, CEO of Bolts & Nuts.
