Bolts & Nuts Acquires Challenger Component Services

Industrial distributor Bolts & Nuts Corp., Chattanooga, TN, has acquired Challenger Component Services, Nashville, TN. Terms were not disclosed.

The purchase will expand Bolts & Nuts' operations in Tennessee, Oklahoma and Alabama and broaden service to automotive and transportation manufacturers in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, Europe and Asia.
