Hand tools manufacturer GreatStar Tool USA — a division of China-based GreatStar Tools — promoted Roberto Izaguirre to CEO of Arrow Fastener Company.
Izaguirre previously held the position of COO at Saddle Brook, NJ-based Arrow Fastener — a manufacturer of fasteners — and perviously served as VP of Global sales. In his new role, Izaguirre will oversee all aspects of the company and collaborate with the executive leadership team to drive Arrow Fastener’s ongoing growth and success.
“In his previous positions here at the company, Roberto had already proven his capacity and skill as a leader and collaborator and his career is marked by significant achievements,” GreatStar Tools U.S. CEO Gary DuBoff said in an Oct. 2 news release.
The company said Izaguirre will refine, enhance and implement the company’s strategy and roadmap, focusing on expanding new product offerings and increasing brand awareness as he leads and collaborates with the new executive leadership team.
“Roberto has consistently elevated Arrow Fastener’s sales and marketing strategies, meeting or exceeding goals year after year,” DuBoff added. “We are confident that Roberto is the right person to lead our company forward, maintaining our valued reputation and continuing our success within our industry.”
Arrow Fastener is part of the GreatStar Tools U.S. brand portfolio, owned by Hangzhou GreatStar Industrial Co., Ltd. — a $2.2 billion manufacturer of forklifts, hand and power tools, robotics systems and laser measuring devices. It was acquired by GreatStar in 2017 and has served as its U.S. headquarters since.
