Cutting tool and MRO supplies distributor Machine Tools Supply, Costa Mesa, CA, has named Bryan Rigney as COO. Rigney will be responsible for all operations supported by the Costa Mesa corporate office.  

Rigney brings years of experience overseeing vendor managed inventory, integrated supply and vending-based programs.
