Industrial Distribution Group Inc., Belmont, NC, distributor of MROP products and integrated supply solutions has acquired Tommy White Supply Co. and the Industrial Division of Duncan Co.

Headquartered in Midland, TX, TWS is a provider of supplies, services and equipment to customers in energy markets. TWS provides product application support, including a wellhead shop and two dedicated pump shops. It is focused on energy firms in the Permian Basin, an active oil and natural gas producing region in North America.

The existing management team will continue to lead TWS operations within IDG. 

Headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, Duncan Industrial distributes industrial supplies, including cutting tools, abrasives and metal removal products. Through this acquisition, IDG strengthens its position in the Upper Midwest. Duncan Co. will retain its Flow Control business, which will continue to operate as Duncan Co.
