West Chester, OH-based tooling, fasteners and industrial supplies distributor AFC Industries acquired CH Peters.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Racine, WI-based CH Peters is a distributor of precision tools and solutions across various industries. CH Peters is a family-owned second-generation company founded by Charles Peters in the 1950s.

AFC Industries said the integration of CH Peters is underway, with both companies focused on a smooth transition that maintains the high standards customers expect.

“Their dedication to quality and deep industry knowledge aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing the best tooling solutions and services to our customers,” AFC Tooling Group President Tom Hagarty said in a Nov. 18 news release. “This acquisition allows us to broaden our capabilities and strengthen our position as a trusted partner for industrial and manufacturing companies nationwide.”

This is AFC’s sixth acquisition of 2024 and its 13th acquisition since the start of 2023. Most recently, the company acquired U.K.-based distributor Forward Industrial Products through its TFC Business Unit.

On Sept. 17, AFC announced the appointment of Jim Henning as Vice President of Sales for the AFC Tooling Group.
