Electrical distributor Van Meter Inc., Cedar Rapids, IA, has agreed to acquire Bright Electrical Supply Co., Chicago, IL, and also announced it will open a facility in Omaha, NE.
The acquisition – whose terms were not disclosed – and new branch will expand Van Meter’s presence in the Midwest to 16 locations.
