Graybar Appoints 2 Sales Leaders

Graybar appoints company veterans Mike Carroll and Michael Tierney to lead its Construction and Industrial, Utility and Broadband Sales.

Electrical and industrial supplies distributor Graybar appointed Mike Carroll to Vice President of Construction Sales and Michael Tierney to VP of Industrial, Utility and Broadband Sales, effective Sept. 1.

Carroll, a Graybar veteran of 29 years, presently works as Director of Business Development. While working in Graybar’s field and corporate organization, Carroll advanced through roles in sales, branch management, national market management and district sales leadership.

Fellow industry veteran Tierney joined Graybar in 2011. He currently works as VP of Strategic Accounts. Prior to this, he led Graybar’s electric utility business across the Eastern U.S.

“Mike and Michael are both highly respected within Graybar and throughout the industry,” Graybar’s Senior VP of Sales Ellen Rebne said in an Aug. 20 news release. “As they move into their new leadership roles, I am confident that they have the experience, vision and energy to drive sustainable growth.”

Graybar was No. 4 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for Electrical/Data/Security and No. 20 for Industrial Supplies.
