Power equipment manufacturer Generac Holdings Inc. (NYSE: GNRC), Waukesha, WI, reported sales for 2015 of $1.3 billion, down 9.8 percent from 2014. Profit was $77.7 million, compared to $174.6 million in the previous year.
Fourth quarter sales were $357.8 million, a decrease of 11.4 percent from the same period the previous year. Profit was $9.2 million, compared to $49.4 million in the same quarter the previous year.
Residential sales in the fourth quarter were up 1.8 percent year-over-year, while commercial and industrial sales decreased 28.7 percent.
