Supply Network
Key to this strategy, the company said June 3, is the implementation of distribution centers that will enhance a network of over 130 branch locations. The company plans to add multiple DCs to its supply network over the next several years, with the first planned for early 2026. Border States added that its DCs will focus on optimizing total supply chain costs and providing customers with greater access to inventory while working with branches to scale for optimization.
