B2B office supplies distributor The ODP Corporation announced the appointment of Max Hood and Adam Haggard to Co-Chief Financial Officers and Co-Principal Financial Officers. The company stated the appointments in a Dec. 12 8-K SEC filing.

ODP is the parent company of Office Depot and Office Max.

Hood will also take on the role of the company’s Principal Accounting Officer. He has been with ODP for more than six years, holding various positions, most recently as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. Before joining ODP, he held roles at GE Energy Connections, GE Aviation and Deloitte & Touche LLP.

ODP stated that Haggard has over 20 years of experience at ODP, having held several roles within the accounting and finance department. His most recent position was SVP of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), following previous roles as VP of FP&A and Real Estate Development, VP of FP&A and Senior Director of Retail Real Estate and Supply Chain. Before joining ODP, Haggard worked at a mid-sized auditing firm.
