Tri-Tex, St. Eustache, Quebec, has named Richard Hooper CEO. Hooper replaces Natalie Laham, who will remain with the company as a minority shareholder and board member.
Hooper was most recently CEO of global specialty chemical company SummitReheis. Tri-Tex makes specialty chemicals for the adhesive, sealants, surfactants, and textile and paper chemical markets.
