Curbell Plastics, a distributor of plastic sheet, rod, tube, tapes and fabricated parts, announced May 5 that it has relocated its Chicago operations to a new, larger facility in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
The Orchard Park, New York-based company’s new location is in Southeast Wisconsin at 8201 109th Street, Ste 300 in Pleasant Prairie.
Curbell said the new location’s warehouse has twice the storage space as the Chicago branch, allowing it to house more inventory and customer-specific materials.
“It’s a more functional warehouse,” regional director Dallas McLaughlin said. “The improved functionality offers efficiencies that will help us service our industrial and orthotic and prosthetic customers’ growing needs.”
Curbell added that the new space — halfway between Chicago and Milwaukee — will enable future growth and improved fabrication capabilities. It has increased access to major logistics expressways and growing markets.
