Construction and industrial supplies distributor White Cap agreed to acquire Triumph Geo-Synthetics, Inc.
Terms of the pending transaction were not disclosed.
Anaheim, CA-based Triumph Geo-Synthetics is a geosynthetics and erosion control distributor that serves non-residential and infrastructure end markets.
“With Triumph Geo-Synthetic’s talented team, specialized expertise in geosynthetics and strong presence in Southern California, we look forward to offering even stronger value-added service capabilities and extended breadth and depth of products for our local customers,” White Cap CEO Alan Sollenberger said in an Oct. 22 news release.
When completed, it will represent White Cap’s 10th acquisition of 2024. Most recently, it acquired Michigan-based ERSCO Supply earlier in October.
“It was important for us to partner with an established industry veteran that has a similar culture and dedication to exceptional service,” Owner of Triumph Geo-Synthetics Cissy McCaa added in the release.
On Oct. 7, White Cap announced the restructuring and consolidation of its U.S. field operations from seven regions to three.
The company was No. 11 on MDM’s Industrial Supplies Top Distributors List, and No. 8 for Building Materials/Construction.
