Construction and industrial supplies distributor White Cap acquired Site Supply, Inc.

Batavia, OH-based Site Supply is a distributor of construction materials, specializing in stabilization, stormwater and erosion control. Established in 1992, the company operates from four locations throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee.
Site Supply is now integrated into the White Cap family brand, branches and value-added services.
The deal represents White Cap’s 14th acquisition of 2024. Most recently, it acquired Shreveport, LA-based Midstream Supply & Rental, completed on Nov. 18 and Nebraska-based TOOFast Supply, completed on Nov. 8.
The company was No. 11 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for Industrial Supplies, and No. 8 for Building Materials/Construction.
