U.S. LBM Holdings LLC, Buffalo Grove, IL, has named Patrick McGuiness executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Most recently, McGuiness was executive vice president and CFO at Houston-based Landmark Aviation. He succeeds CFO Rick Kolaczweski, who left the company to pursue other professional opportunities.
