Building materials distributor US LBM Holdings LLC, Green Bay, WI, has agreed to acquire Rosen Materials, Sunrise, FL, and Direct Cabinet Sales, Dayton, NJ.
Rosen Materials operates 19 locations across Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada and New Jersey supplying gypsum and other building materials. Drew Rosen will continue in his current role as president, leading day-to-day operations with his existing team.
Direct Cabinet Sales, with a showroom in Boca Raton, FL and five showrooms and a distribution center in New Jersey, designs, installs and distributes kitchen cabinetry and related products in the Northeast and Florida markets. Joe DeMussi will continue in his current role as president, leading day?to-day operations with his existing team.
The acquisitions expand US LBM's geographic footprint as well as the wallboard line and other specialty product categories.
