Wallboard Supply Company, a subsidiary of US LBM Holdings LLC, Green Bay, WI, has acquired Poulin Lumber, Derby, VT.  

Poulin Lumber, with four locations throughout northern and central Vermont, supplies building products and hardware to homeowners and contractors. Cory Poulin, the current president, will continue to lead day-to-day operations with his existing team.

“Poulin will work closely with Wallboard Supply to better service customers and create synergy in the Northeast markets,” said Ryan Filion, EVP of Wallboard Supply Company.
