Building materials distributor US LBM Holdings LLC, Green Bay, WI, has acquired building products distributor Lampert Lumber, St. Paul, MN, from owner Dan Fesler, who will remain with the company as an advisor. Bob Egan will continue as president.
Lampert Lumber has 33 locations in the Upper Midwest, furthering US LBM's presence in that region.
