Building materials distributor US LBM Holdings LLC, Green Bay, WI, has acquired cabinet manufacturer Gold & Reiss, Brooklyn, NY, from Simon Eidlisz, who will continued leading day-to-day operations. Terms were not disclosed. The company will become a division of Direct Cabinet Sales.
