U.S. LBM Holdings LLC, Green Bay, WI, has acquired Keene Lumber Co., Muskegon, MI. Terms were not disclosed.

Keene is a full service provider of building materials to the residential and commercial markets in the Muskegon area. The company will join U.S. LBM’s Standard Companies, becoming a division of Standard Supply & Lumber, headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI.

All employees will remain with Keene Lumber, which will continue to be led by General Manager Kevin Kooi.
