United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE: URI), Stamford, CT, has promoted Paul McDonnell to executive vice president, sales and specialty operations, effective immediately.
McDonnell leads the company’s sales organization and specialty rental segment, responsibilities he previously held as senior vice president, the company said. He joined United Rentals in 1999 and was named senior vice president in 2008.
