Building materials distributor US LBM Holdings LLC, Green Bay, WI, has acquired Bailey Lumber & Supply, Gulfport, Mississippi, a distributor with six locations in Mississippi. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The deal marks US LBM’s first entrance into the Mississippi market. Bailey Lumber & Supply will continue to be led by Richard Kostal, who is remaining with the company as president.
