SRS Distribution, McKinney, TX, a roofing distribution holding company, has promoted Dan Tinker to president and CEO and John Bradberry to EVP and COO. Tinker has also been appointed to the board of directors. Ron Ross, previously CEO, has been named executive chairman of the board of directors and will continue to be actively involved in the company. These executive changes were effective June 1.

“I am very pleased that Dan will be the next CEO of SRS,” said Ron Ross. “Very early in his career, I identified Dan as my ultimate successor. Dan has been personally responsible for a significant amount of our growth and has relentlessly driven continuous improvement across SRS. I am also delighted that John has committed to serve as Chief Operating Officer and will continue to oversee all operational aspects of SRS."
