SRS Distribution, McKinney, TX, a roofing distribution holding company, has acquired MidSouth Building Supply of Maryland Inc. Terms were not disclosed.
MidSouth, with 39 employees and three locations, is an independent distributor of windows, kitchen cabinetry, siding, and residential roofing & accessories, servicing the Washington D.C., Baltimore, MD, and Wilmington, DE, metropolitan areas.
MidSouth will continue to be led by John Briggs, Dan Flynn, as well as the company’s entire sales and operations team, reporting to Paul Whelan, SRS’ vice president for the Northeast region.
The acquisition expands SRS' presence in the Mid-Atlantic region and marks the company's entrance into its 40th state – Delaware.
