SRS Distribution, McKinney, TX, a roofing distribution holding company, has acquired Contractors Siding, Windows & Roofing Supply, a family-owned distributor of residential roofing, siding, windows, and related products with locations in Omaha, Lincoln, Grand Island, and South Sioux City, Nebraska; and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Contractors has more than 40 employees and serves customers in Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota. The acquisition expands SRS’ Midwest business and marks its entry into South Dakota.
